Development Human Resource Management

The development of human talent as a competitive advantage is an important issue today, tomorrow and forever because we live with the economic and social crisis, transformations of company layoffs, but all those companies that have internalized the importance of having the best human equipment and build their professional commitment shall enjoy privileged positions.


DEFINITION OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND TALENT

The organization to achieve its objectives requires a number of resources, these are elements that, properly managed, will enable or facilitate you reach your goals. There are three types of resources:

Material Resources: Here are encompassed money, physical facilities, machinery, furniture, raw materials, etc.
TECHNICAL RESOURCES: Under this heading the systems, procedures, organizational, instructional listed, etc.
HUMAN TALENT: Not only the effort or human activity are included in this group, but also other factors that give various forms to this activity: knowledge, experience, motivation, vocational interests, aptitudes, attitudes, skills, potentials, health, etc.
